This notice explains what we collect when you order SuperDog Nutrition, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your delivery address.
- Your order details, including the pack, quantity and payment method.
- Basic usage data about how this website is used, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To process your payment.
- To create your IAGD account so you can track the order.
- To understand which parts of this website are useful, so we can improve it.
Who else sees it
Your order is recorded in the International Animal Genetics Database, operated by Meta Animals Tech Corp. Delivery details are shared with the rider or distributor handling your delivery. Online payments are processed by PayMongo, which receives the amount and your billing name and email. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. Website usage data is kept in a form that is not linked to your account.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email privacy@iagd.pet.
